Prime beef fillet steak, topped with wild mushroom and wrapped in Ardennes pâté, encased in a delicious double-lattice puff pastry. Garnished with a sprinkling of parsley and basil leaves. A classic dish individually sized for convenience.

Instructions: Cook from frozen in a fan assist preheated oven 200°C for approx 40mins. Pre heat baking tray first then add the wellingtons. This helps firm up the bottom of the wellington. Conventional over please add 5 mins or cook until pastry is golden brown.
