SAVOURY WELLINGTON SELECTION

Cook from frozen on a lightly greased baking tray in a pre-heated fan assist oven at 180*C for 25-30minutes. Pre heat baking tray first then add the wellingtons. This helps firm up the bottom of the wellington. Conventional over please add 5 mins or cook until pastry is golden brown.
