Tracy been providing us with delicious and excellent meat and fish products for quite few years now. Always has a smile and always a pleasure to see her. Even goes above and beyond her role eg Tracy arrived with order and my husband had just left in ambulance with suspected heart attack, I wasn't allowed to go an no family around. I have just purchased my second box of king prawns! Oh my word - they are beautiful. I think they are good value too bearing in mind how many meals we got out of them!! Kind of regretting I didn't get scallops as well now - probably next time.
We have had several different products now and have been really pleased with each of them. We have bought both fish and meat, including the Christmas pack, and the quality of all has been excellent. As each portion can be used individually straight from the freezer, the meals are so easy to prepare and there is absolutely no waste. And the taste is delicious. Peter delivers regularly to our area, right to our doorstep. It’s always good to see him and he offers great advice about what we might like to buy , as well as knowing our favourites.
John is a very polite and friendly salesman, we’ve got to know him well as he’s been coming to us for over 10 years! He tells us about any new products that might be of interest to us . The products are all of a very high quality. We would recommend him and the frozen food he sells to anyone!
I get my products from Antony [ant(151)]. He is both enthusiastic and polite. I particularly enjoy salmon fillets, Wessex Sirloin steaks, Venison Steaks, Seafood Wellingtons, Salt and pepper squid, fish cakes and various preparations if duck breast. All products are easy to cook and taste delicious. Minted lamb steaks were also particularly good.

We received a great service today from Andy Crane (1351). He is very friendly, knowledgeable and reliable. Thanks Andy. The food is delicious, we are regular customers and our favorites include the Seafood Wellington, battered cod and Goan chicken. We can definitely reccomend. I must add that the Turkey Crown at Christmas was excellent and the Christmas Meat box was wonderful value and superb quality joints.
I have been using Anthony (1519) from Dining Solutions Direct for many years and have never had a problem with any products I have bought from him. I have bought a lot! The products are always superb, my usual buys are salmon, cod, monkfish, smoked haddock etc. all to use in my cooking. I have now started to buy finished 'ready to eat' food too and these have not disappointed at all. I can't wait to try my most recent purchase, the smoked haddock, salmon and cheddar fishcakes - great for when I don't actually want to cook. If these are as good as the Seafood Wellingtons then we are in for a treat. Anthony is always so helpful and if he doesn't have a product on board that I really would like, then he does try his best to get it for me within a few days. I've been buying from DSD for a couple of years now. The quality of the food is exceptionally good. However, understandably, the price has been steadily increasing as time has gone on and it is not a cheap experience. I'd recommend looking at the website and choosing what you want, then letting the salesman deliver your request. It saves time and money.
After four or five orders I feel that I'm in the position to make an informed review, first and foremost is the quality which in my opinion is superb when defrosted there is little or no water from which ever you use. I have purchased numerous boxes which I have enjoyed with my family and friends.

Well presented clean food, superb quality and very tasty and so much better than that supermarket tosh that one normally drives to purchase.Its like stepping back in time when Andy arrives as he always has words to brighten up your day, just like your local butcher/fishmonger years ago. We’ve been ordering from DSD for around 18 months now and the food has been incredible! Without exception, everything we’ve tried so far has been amazing. We have a few favourites that we always order like the minted lamb and squid for the kids but recently had the Coquilles st. jacques (I have honestly never heard of it before) and it was just unbelievable! Unfortunately this is all that’s left, I couldn’t stop eating for long enough to take a photo. 😁Thanks Mikey for the brilliant service and great recommendations 👍

Wonderful frozen produce, we get something different every time! The fish cakes are delicious and it’s lovely to feed my family with something that’s easy to throw in the oven but you know it’s excellent quality! Today Dan introduced himself and the Company, Dining Solutions, to us. He was very pleasant and explained about the Company and then started to show us the goodies. Dan and the products were all so well presented and we wouldn’t normally just buy like this on the spur of the moment but Dan wasn’t pushy in any way and the food looked so good. So, we purchased two items, Cod Loins in crisp light batter and Chicken Breast Fillets in Crispy southern Fried Coating. Well, that was our evening meal decided and it was lovely, I had the fish my husband the chicken, there’s no photograph, it would be just two empty plates.There are just two of us normally to eat so we wouldn’t buy large amounts but we would definitely like to try some of the other items that Dan had to show us. There was nothing to do except put the meal together, Dining Solutions meat or fish was all beautifully prepared and ready to go. Well done you.
I can’t speak highly enough of the sumptuous quality of the fish we have enjoyed from this company. I love fish, but we live many miles away from a supermarket and that type of produce is fifth rate next to this. I am very glad to have this kind of fabulous produce and such an inspiring range brought to our door.
I am so pleased that I responded to a knock on my door one day last year while living in Bodmin. Andy Crane showed me the meat/fish the company had to offer so I had no choice but to give it a try and I was hooked after that. Andy came regularly and I've bought several different boxes of the meat and none of it has disappointed. We moved further south west and are delighted that Andy comes here regularly too. He is so pleasant, isn't pushy trying to sell the products (which sell themselves anyway) and is a pleasure to see each time. As a family, we have been enjoying meat and fish from Dining Solutions Direct for over 2 years now. We were first introduced to the products when rep Colin knocked one summer and caught me in the right mood to try something new, tempting me in to buying a box of Wagyu beer burgers. We have never looked back and Colin is always courteous and knowledgeable, keen to show all of his great products and take the time to actually talk, not just rush through the sale. We often buy simple chicken boxes for our 2 young kids but honestly, I’d happily buy and try everything these guys sell as it all looks so good! The Christmas joint box we bought at the end of last year was a particular treat with a large Turkey crown, Gammon, Beef Joint AND some high quality sausages jam-packed into a box that served the entire extended family for several days. Today I’ve bought something a bit new: some Chicken Tikka Kebabs and some Cornflake coated chicken that I’m sure the family will love. Great products, great delivery service, highly recommended!
We have been using Dining Solutions Direct for around 2 years, and we love it. Very convenient and a great selection of meat and fish available - I'm gluten intolerant and there's even plenty of choice even for me! The items individually are more expensive than you'd get in a supermarket, but they truly are better quality and taste. Mike Brown is our local representative and he's so friendly as well as informative - he always has great suggestions on how to cook things and remembers our preferences.
We thoroughly recommend Dining Solutions - the food is absolutely delicious! Our salesman is Marius (5012) is a delight. He is chatty, warm and very knowledgable on the foods he is selling. He gives us loads of tips on how to cook something perfectly, and what to add to it (I keep telling him he needs to write his recipes into a book!). When we had our first visit I was worried about how we would get a box load of food into our freezer - that said, if you just take out the food and leave in the bags, it isn't a problem. We have had two visits now from Marius and have tried both meat and fish dishes, all are first class and so easy to cook, and he is brilliant. Takes loads of time, and is not pushy at all. Great service and food always tastes amazing. Colin is always very helpful and friendly and recommends different products to try. I love the king prawns and sea bass and the kids love the southern fried chicken goujons. Would highly recommend
What a find! We've been incredibly impressed with the quality and selection, which have all tasted divine. Although a bit pricey, the quality is outstanding and far superior than you'd ever get from a supermarket. We've also struck gold with our rep, Andy, who is incredibly courteous, knowledgeable and a joy to speak to. Plus he gives some great cooking tips! Very happy customers (and a very full freezer!).
Mikey Rep 5176 has been popping by every 3 months. The food is delicious! Tastes freshly made and packed with good quality ingredients and is the perfect stay at home treat. We LOVE the steak and ale pies and fish cakes with cheddar inners are an absolute hit on a cold winter’s night when everyone is tired. Can’t recommend enough
Michael is always very friendly and enthusiastic. The fish I buy is delicious and excellent value. Although I don't tend to buy the recipie dishes as I like to prepare them myself, they always look delicious. Would definitely recommend but make room in your freezer first!

Mikey (5176) brings us absolutely amazing products. We tend to buy fish and sea food. The salmon supreme and king prawns are excellent and very tasty on cooking, and we have ordered these items a number of times. Mikey is an excellent sales person, encouraging but never pushy and is happy to run with what the family's tastes and wishes. He will come on relatively short notice when our supplies run out before expected!!A definite 5* for Mikey (5176).

Also bought some waygu beef burgers for the bbq and these were delicious as well. Got some prawns because I loved the size - not small!! Will definitely be using them again. As a first time buyer, the food has been absolutely amazing.
