Aromatic Thai-inspired salmon fishcakes infused with lemongrass, chilli, and coriander.
INSTRUCTIONS: COOK FROM FROZEN, PRE-HEAT OVEN TO 220*C AND BAKE FOR ABOUT 20-25 MINUTES.
