INSTRUCTIONS:COOK FROM FROZEN. REMOVE FILM LID. COOK IN A PRE-HEATED OVEN AT 190 deg C/GAS MARK 5 FOR APPROXIMATELY 30-35 MINUTES. MICROWAVE: PIERCE FILM LID. COOK ON A HIGH SETTING FOR APPROXIMATELY 7 MINUTES.
