Premium turkey crowns, prepped and ready for roasting—perfect for a fuss-free yet flavourful centrepiece at any festive gathering.
INSTRUCTIONS: Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking. Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C fan. Cover the turkey loosely with foil and place in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes per kg, plus an additional 1 hour 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C. Remove the foil and return the turkey to the oven for the remaining cooking time to allow the bacon and skin to become golden and crisp.
Ensure the turkey is piping hot throughout before serving.
