Our rump steaks are carefully selected for their rich flavour, firm texture and excellent value, with each steak chosen for its quality and consistency. Sourced from Dartmoor farms, our beef is matured to develop a deeper, more rounded flavour while retaining the natural tenderness of the meat.
A fantastic all-round steak, rump is ideal for grilling, pan-frying or cooking on the barbecue. Perfect simply seasoned with salt and pepper and served with chips, roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
DEFROST STEAK IN FRIDGE FOR 24 HOURS, REMOVE FROM PACKAGING. PRE-HEAT FRYING PAN UNTIL PIPING HOT, ADD A NOB OF BUTTER. PAN-FRY FOR 2.5 MINS ON EACH SIDE (ONLY TURNING ONCE) THEN SEASON AND REST WITH A NOB OF BUTTER ON TOP OF THE STEAK IN A WARM OVEN FOR AT LEAST 10 MINS BEFORE SERVING (COOKED MEDIUM WELL)
