A premium bistro-cut sirloin steak, carefully selected for its tenderness and rich beef flavour. A classic steakhouse favourite, offering the perfect balance of succulence, texture and full-bodied flavour in every bite.
INSTRUCTIONS: Remove all packaging (vacuum pack and cling film) before cooking.
Defrost steaks in the fridge for 24 hours. Twenty minutes before cooking, remove from the packs, pat dry with kitchen paper and allow to bloom at room temperature. For best results, pan-fry in a little olive oil. Ensure the pan is hot. Avoid turning more than once to keep the juices in. Once cooked, rest the steaks before serving: place on a rack (not in their own juices), cover loosely with foil and leave in a warm place.
Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout
