Squid is always a popular choice when it comes to starters and appetisers. But our Salt & Pepper Squid offer something new and interesting. Not only does it look the part as each piece has been scored to give a unique texture and appearance, but the salt and pepper coating adds a new dimension in flavour to this favourite seafood of choice.
Instructions: Oven bake at 220C for 24-26 minutes or until golden brown.
Deep fry: Preheat oil at 180C. Deep fry frozen squid for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
