SALT & CHILLI CHICKEN GOUJONS

Chicken inner fillets in a crispy salt and chilli coating.

Instructions: Cook from frozen in a hot oven at 190°C/180°C fan/gas for approximately 30-35 minutes or deep fry in hot oil (180°C) for approximately 6 minutes. Cook to a minimum core temperature of 75°C.
