To deep fry: Cook from frozen. Deep fry in hot oil at 170°C for 3 minutes until golden.
Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
To oven bake: Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging and place the crab cakes on a
baking tray. Place in a preheated oven at 220°C/Gas Mark 7 for 12-15 minutes or until
golden brown and crispy. Ensure product is piping hot before serving.
