Instructions: Defrost for 12 hours in fridge and remove packaging, wipe excess fat prior to cooking in a preheated oven 200°C/ Fan 180°C for 15–20 mins.
Saute. Heat a frying pan over a low heat and saute the legs skin side down using a little of the fat until crisp, golden and heated through.
Chefs Tip. Oven bake some potatoes and vegetables using the excess fat.
