A fantastic centre cut steak taken from the leg with the centre bone still in place which adds extra flavour. Hand prepared by master butchers our lamb is full flavoured with sweet meat and marinated with rosemary and garlic.
Defrost remove packaging and oven bake at 220C for 20minutes, Can be grilled or pan fried. Pan fry 5-7 minutes in olive oil. Rest in warm area before for 3 minutes or so before serving.
